Little Miss Adorable

ok..

so i'm breaking my long blog silence, because I know noone can ever see too many pictures of this wonderful lady. And because I just want to make you all jealous that I had her ALL to myself for a whole week! so happy :)

(oh.. and i have to thank jarnah for teaching me how to use fun colour function on my camera... apparently it was reed who taught it to her? .. anyway.. F-U-N!)

lucky ducky

i've been meaning to post this picture for ages. its so cute. when i was at home there was a duck outside our back door hatching her eggs. i think caitlin disturbed her too much so she decided to take off early, leaving half her eggs still to hatch. this one managed to get out but was so cold mum too pity on it and brought it inside. I cam home one afternoon to mum telling me not to turn on the oven cos theres a duck in it. thats a bit bizarre i thought to myself, and, curious, opened the oven to have a look. sure enough, this is the cute little sight that met my eyes. apparently the oven light was enough to keep the poor little bugger warm.

legha comes to play

so a couple weekends ago elishia my flatmate had a friend from aussie that she served with at the India temple come to visit. Her name is Legha, and for all her mean jokes, she actually turned out to be quite a nice person. i think she had to pretend to be mean because she was shy to let her true feelings show of how much she really loved us. i know she misses us now terribly. she had the time of her life here, and all of you all she learn a lesson about how fun it was and come and visit ME. i'm so completely lonely.

Apparently he had been travelling with Legha and Elishia all over Wellington launching himself quite awkwardly at complete strangers causing terrible embarrassment all round. More of his usual antics captured here on camera for posterity.

a quick weekend with the rentals..

so the folks have bought this fancy shmancy little house in Golden Bay.. Little Kaiteriteri to be exact. Like someone wrote in the guest book, I guess they thought the place was so nice they named it one and a half times.. someone else dubbed it 'the eagles nest', a perfect description, for it really is perched up there on the side of the mountain overlooking its domain..

there was time for a bit of sunning, a bit of reading, a spot of golf, and of course another healthy dose of posing. I've been teaching my youngest sister the art of posing. she's getting quite good at it.. shes even been emailing me recently asking me if i think this look of hers is more 'magnum' or more 'blue steel'.

Also note the pic of mum and dad doing farming talk with the local. this is how they make 'em down south.. check out those shorts and gummies. oi, chap chap me negah nakon!

yeah yeah i know its been a long time.. quit your pathetic whining the lot of you. my life is boring now ok? i'm back in stupid boring new zealand where life is just boring. i dont even have the creative sabz around to make the mundane sound exciting. but since you asked for it.. here are some pictures of my boring life..

my one saviour is skype.. thanks be to God at least I can talk to a few of you around the world.. here me and josh talking to Afrooz.. we took pictures and sent them to her since we didnt have a webcam... i need to get a webcam actually.. they are fun.. then i'll set it up and you can watch me while i sleep..
